Drop-in opening hours:  09:30 to 12:15  Monday to Thursday
                                                   (no appointment necessary)
We operate a 'Gateway' assessment service and your first interview will last no more than 15 minutes.  A follow up interview may be required for more complex issues.  Where possible, this will be later the same day, after the drop-in sessions have finished.

Please note that there can be delays at busy times and, due to demand, we cannot guarantee same day assessments or interview.  Also we may have to close our doors before 12:15 if demand for our service is exceptional.
