About us and what we do

Rural Cambs Citizens Advice Bureau is a Limited Company (no. 07931354) and Charity (no. 1146277), registered in England and Wales at 9 Church Mews, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire PE13 1HL


Rural Cambs Citizens Advice Bureau encompasses:

Ely - administering the district of East Cambridgeshire.

Wisbech - administering the district of Fenland.

Huntingdon and St Neots - administering the district of Huntingdonshire.


The twin aims of the Citizens Advice Bureau are:

'To provide the advice people need for the problems they face,
and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives


Using the Citizens Advice comprehensive information system, we provide FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, INDEPENDENT, IMPARTIAL advice to the residents, workers and students of rural Cambridgeshire.


Our advisers are mainly volunteers, who have undergone lengthy training to ensure a professional standard of advice provision.
